Hello, Wie Ghets?
I started designing websites back in 2009, but my connection to the colonies started long before that.
My Story
Growing up, my dad would often take me along when he visited the colonies for work. Some of my earliest memories are riding along in the pickup, visiting shops, and playing with the colony kids while the adults talked business.
If you’re from around South Eastern, South Dakota, there’s a good chance I may have played with your children - or maybe even you- at some point growing up.
One of the people who made a big impact on me was Katie from the Bon Homme Colony, or who I knew her as, "Grandma Hutterite" She treated me like family and gave me an early respect and love for colony life that I carry with me today.

Even though I started web design work in 2009, it wasn’t until 2023 that I decided to jump headfirst into serving colonies full-time.
I began by helping Pasque Papers and WCProcessors at Wolf Creek Colony, and before long, the word spread.
Soon, I was working with Spring Valley and Platte, and before I knew it, I was heading to Cameron, Collins, Spring Lake, Camrose, Millerdale, Bon Homme, and many others.

In 2025 I rebranded from Kelley Jorgensen Designs to Colony Connections to solidify my bond with the colonies around the plains

Now, Colony Connections is proud to work with colonies across South Dakota, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Montana, and Canada.
Contact
My goal is simple: make sure you have a strong, honest online presence you can be proud of—without all the headache.

I'd be honored to work with you next. Let’s build something great together!
