SEO and Performance: While our designs are created with best practices in mind, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website loading speeds, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in our service package. Maintenance fees: all maintenance post delivery is subject to a $55/hour minimum 1 hour charge. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any project in the event of non-payment, lack of communication, or other circumstances that prevent the successful completion of the project. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the services provided.Project Delays: While we make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances or delays in client feedback. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from project delays.
